Non Refundable start up fee will cover all cost to convert your current bookkeeping to our professional accounting software and review all bookkeeping is current and accurate. If bookkeeping is not current, a rate of $60.00/hour will be billed. All charges will brought to your attention prior to starting work.

Just Payroll
($65.00/ $2.00 per employee/per pay period)
Full Payroll service includes: Printed checks w/ *pay stubs or Direct Deposit with *pay stubs. Federal Tax Deposits, Quarterly 941 Filing, Annual 940 Filing, Quarterly TX C3 (Unemployment) Filing, TX New Hire Reporting, Annual W2's Printing for employees and W3 filing with Social Security. Annual 1099s printed for contractors and 1098 filing with IRS. Full Payroll Reports to send to current bookkeeper or CPA.

*Employee pay stubs can be either printed or securely e-mailed to each employee.

This is not an automatic draft!! Bills will be prioritized and paid with full authorization from business owner. Payment checks will be printed and mailed to vendor. Option to have signature on file. Payments can also be opted to be made via internet or phone.

Bookkeeping Clean Up​ ($60.00/hr)
This service will be provided to get your books current. Once you are current, you can opted to go on a monthly plan and start saving time and money!
