This auto shop is awesome. Daniel the owner was patient and polite when I first called for service. Upon arrival with only 3 hours left to work til closing, his mechanics repaired my vehicle which was towed in and was not a small repair. I recommend this shop for their efficiency and and professional service. They also trouble shooted my vehicle for future problems that might arise. Very courteous and polite and cost effective as well. I will return as I found a new mechanic shop.

I have never been disappointed with Babcock Automotive. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have very reasonable pricing.

The owner and technicians listen to what is being told to them about the car issue and to me that is critical. In addition to that, the owner has never had a condescending attitude toward me just because my knowledge of automobiles is limited.

I took my old 2004 Toyota Corolla in for some work. It drives wonderfully now. Thank you Danny for the professional service you provided my husband and I. I recommend this place to anyone! The staff is super friendly and quick. Their prices are very reasonable, and they don't over charge. I had to get my car towed over there during Easter weekend. One of the workers waited an hour after closing for my car to arrive to make sure my car is safe in their shop over the weekend and not just hanging out in the parking lot. They were able to diagnose my car very quickly and explained everything that I needed to do to get it fixed. I'm super grateful that I have found them, and I will now be taking my car there for services. 100% recommend!

Larry and Jeff were great , very honest, and really helped us with our car issues. I originally came from BMW and they quoted a higher price for the services these guys performed and they also ended up finding out that BMW was trying to charge me for a service that was not warranted. The experience with these guys was great. They seem like good, honest guys, who take pride in their work. I would reccomend anyone to come here! My girlfriend and I just had both our cars services for Oil Change and Coolant for hot San Antonio summers. As always customer service is great the owner is out in front leading the way and employees are so awesome. Very welcoming and willing to answer questiosn with a smile. Let's start with a little bit of context. My sister has three kids, and she herself has a medical condition that prohibits her from being out in the heat for too long and is clinically disabled, unable to drive. My parents and I do our best to care for them when they need help. Appointments, grocery runs, doctors visits, ect..

My car had been running without AC for the better of five years. And because of that, my ability to help my sister and her kids was limited, especially in the summer. I myself don't mind the heat, but in no way would I put them through that. Because of this, my parents tend to drive them where they need to go, but they're tired and I wanted to help more. So I came here.

The gentleman here were honest, fair, and did everything they could to get my car in working order. They worked with me.
I had been here before for other services, but I had enough of this heat, and they made it possible for me to drive around myself and my family. For that I'm grateful.

If that wasn't enough, a week later my car had more problems. Alternator, battery. I didn't expect it and I even felt bad for throwing my car their way on such short notice. But they got it running again, even waited for me after hours.

I'm thankful to these guys for being honest, hard working, and reasonable individuals, I thank God I found them. And because of this I couldn't recommend them more.
